丹波篠山 CODA COMP走る
1月4日（木） 曇
9：15 わが家出発。
目的地は、丹波篠山。
以前、JR福知山線の列車から景色を見ていて、
こんな田園風景の中を走りたいと思っていた。
本当は、福知山まで、と言いたいところだが、無理だろう。
このコースを選んだ理由。
・ひたすら176号線を走ればよいので、道に迷わない
・JR福知山線に沿っているので、いざとなったら電車に乗れる
・走行距離７０ｋｍと、私にはほどよい
176号線を北へ。
標識に、福知山103kmとある。
川西能勢口、宝塚といつものコース。
寒さはそんなに感じない。
10：15 宝塚に着く。
生瀬を過ぎると、道幅が狭いし、交通量も多い。
いつもこの辺りで、いやになって引き返すことになる。
問題は坂道だ。
走ってみると、予想を超えた上り坂。
名塩あたり、延々と上りが続く。
時間が過ぎるのに、
サイクルコンピュータの距離が一向に進まない。
この調子だと、昼に三田に到着は無理だと覚悟する。
11：15 赤坂峠
峠とあるから、ここが最高点なんだろう。やれやれ。
下り坂。道路もよくなって、やっと快調に走る。
12：15 三田 到着
道沿いのパスタ屋で、昼食。
ベーコン・トマトのスパゲティとコーヒー。味はイマイチ。
１：００ 出発
篠山まで、残り３５ｋｍくらい。
3：30くらいには着く予定。
坂道でへばっているのと、向かい風で、スピードが出ない。
やっぱり、福知山は無理だ。
ところで、今夜の宿をとっていない。
もしなければ、電車で帰ることになる。
4：15 JR篠山口 到着
駅周辺で旅館を探すが、見当たらない。
たいていは駅前旅館があるのだが・・・
それにしても民家が少ない。
駅の観光地図で見ると、
市街地は、篠山城跡の辺りで、
駅からはかなり離れているらしい。
急いで、そちらに向かう。
途中、県立の宿泊施設「新たんば荘」の標識があった。
フロントで聞くと、部屋はあるが、
もう夕食は用意できないとのこと。
他をさがす元気はないので、了承する。
朝食つきで、6900円。思ったより高いが仕方ない。
部屋のベッドで2時間くらい、へたばっていた。
食事処をさがしに、城跡辺りに向かう。
心配したとおり、ほとんど店が開いていない。
ようやく一軒の居酒屋を見つけ、入る。
ブリの刺身、おでん、お酒一合。1250円。
コンビニで、ワンカップとかっぱ巻きを買って宿へ。
本日の走行距離６８ｋｍ。
さて明日はどうしよう、ワンカップを飲みながら
思案しているうちに10時頃には寝てしまった。
1月5日（金） 晴
5：30 目が覚める。
7：30 バイキングの朝食 朝からごはん2杯
9：00 宿を出発 城跡辺りに向かう
周辺をくるくる回る。
篠山の朝は寒い。
グローブをしているが、手がかじかんでくる。
亀岡の標識がある。
この道を行けば、能勢経由で帰るコースだ。
少し迷うが、いざというとき、電車で帰ることができるので、
やっぱり176号線で帰ることにする。
少しでもラクに走ろうと、
リュックをキャリアにくくりつけて走るが、
全然スピードが上がらない。
自転車のためのスペースが狭く、
大型トラックも多いので気を使う。
三田を過ぎた辺りで、天下一ラーメンを食う。
やがて赤坂峠。
宝塚に向かって、下り道を一気に駆け下りる。
なるほどこの坂を上ってきたんだ、
そりゃあ、へばるよな。
2：30 宝塚到着
せっかくだから、清荒神駅前のさん志よう屋で
塩昆布２００ｇ購入。1030円。
4：00 わが家到着
走行距離１４０ｋｍ。
176号線は、自転車走行には、向かないかも。
電車から見たときはいい感じに見えたんだが。
それと、風が強い日は、やはりグラスが必要なのかも。
結構、目が疲れて、痛かった。
